49ers vs Chargers Live Stream: Yes, all Week 4 NFL preseason games are stuffed into one night of action because, upon the conclusion of the 2019 preseason, roster cuts will be a priority for all 32 teams. But we like to think the NFL scheduling all Week 4 preseason games for Thursday night is also a way of saying, let’s get this over with and move on to the regular season.
If you’re wondering whether your NFL team is playing Thursday night, the answer is yes. With kickoff times ranging from 7-10 p.m. ET, there are 16 games scheduled for Thursday. At the end of the night, all 32 NFL coaches hope to have the information they need to proceed with roster cuts and, eventually, construction of their practice squads.
Because teams are looking for roster-cut related info, starters will play little-to-no snaps in Week 4 of the preseason. When Saturday’s deadline for roster cuts arrives, each team will have had to cut 37 players. Frankly, those guys are the ones who will get the most playing time Thursday night, and their performances will be virtual auditions for potential employment with another team.
Below is all you need to know about the Week 4 NFL preseason games scheduled to be played Thursday night, including TV channels and kickoff times.

How to watch, live stream NFL preseason games
There are a few ways to watch NFL preseason games, some of which are different than the methods used in the regular season. In addition to local broadcasts on TV, a handful of national TV presentations were scheduled on NBC, Fox, CBS, ESPN and NFL Network thoughout the preseason. The Week 1 national preseason games were limited to NFL Network, which either requires a cable subscription or a membership with fuboTV, which offers a free seven-day trial.
As for games that aren’t nationally televised, NFL Game Pass – available for $99.99 per year – is the only way to watch live out-of-market NFL preseason games. The service also provides replays of every game in a condensed, 45-minute presentation.
NFL Game Pass also includes access to the NFL Films archives and live radio broadcasts of each game. It can be streamed on pretty much any mobile device, computer or Smart TV.
